使用h5 版本时候向服务器发送数据用的是ajax，但在打包App时 需要改成Http协议。
但在app中使用http时 出现：
Response Failed,error buffer: The resource Could not be loaded because the App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection.
查找后发现是Ios9引入的新特性 APP Transport Security（ATS）。 要求App内访问的网络必须使用HTTPS协议
解决方法：
a.在Xcode里选中info.plist,点击右边的information Property List 后边的加号
b.写入App Transport Security Settings然后回车，先点击左侧展开箭头，再点右侧加号，Allow Arbitrary Loads 已经自动生成，直接回车。
c.需要把默认的值改成YES
