python3 pip 安装时报错：
pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL,however the ssl module in Python is not available.
缺少openssl-devel（openssl的头文件）导致，安装相应的库
yum install openssl-devel -y
安装后，重新编译安装python3，即可正常使用pip
