学渣的vim配置之路

1. 多数的配置来自于nightmare大神的系列，主要的配置如下：

2. 中文体验因为输入法切换的问题会降低效率，所以使用来解决normal模式下的输入法切换的问题，回到normal模式直接能使用快捷键
