sqlite3 按编辑框中的输入值查找数据库相符内容

注释：当查询数据库时，如果不能将数据库中的数据查询出来显示在ListControl中，有可能是查询语句出现错误，特别适当条件为定值时候如：‘name’；

select & from table where value like '%str% ';

返回表中包含str的信息；
