php – Drupal 7错误：无法创建文件

我将drupal 7从服务器(实时站点)移动到我的localhost(xampp).我更改了settings.PHP(files / defualt / settings.PHP)以进行数据库连接,并从 mysql数据库中删除缓存.现在在加载索引,我看到我的网站没有CSS设计(只有文本),看到这个错误：

我认为drupal不会创建css / js压缩文件.如何解决此错误？谢谢你的帮助.
