在linux上为程序设置默认的nice值

看起来很奇怪,我找不到如何为程序设置默认值的信息(不适用于用户或组！).我想启动所有chrome和firefox实例,其值为10.什么是最合适的解决方案？

为什么不使用〜/ .local / bin而不是弄乱你的/usr/bin并且每次更新都被搞砸了？
