解决：

在

url: jdbc:MysqL://localhost:3306/test

后面添加：

?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&serverTimezone=UTC

url: jdbc:MysqL://localhost:3306/test?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&serverTimezone=UTC
