编写VSCode扩展：如何检查现有的代码段定义？

我正在写我的第一个VS Code扩展。我希望它用片段来做一些花哨的事情。 （我是在Sublime中使用摘要的老手。）

我在VS Code扩展api文档中看到了如何在我提供摘录文本的地方插入和执行摘录：
