使用rgdal读入/映射R中的shapefile

我正试图从芝加哥市数据门户网站读取shapefile。 shapefile称为ca.shp。我正在使用以下代码来阅读它：

myshapes <- rgdal::readOGR(dsn = 'Users/bb/Desktop/R/ChiCrime',layer = 'ca.shp')

我不断收到以下错误：

Error in ogrInfo(dsn = dsn,layer = layer,encoding = encoding,use_iconv = use_iconv,: Cannot open layer

我不知道该怎么办！我的目录中有shx，shp和dbf文件。
