废料收集失败

问题描述

我正在使用python 3.7和wagtail 2.10

之后：

python manage.py collectstatic

我有以下错误。 我对此问题的了解是，存在与Django相关的问题 STATICFILES_STORAGE ='django.contrib.staticfiles.storage.ManifestStaticFilesstorage' 未创建的文件必须由Django管理员使用。

直到现在还不知道如何解决问题。
