JTextField的内部垂直对齐是否被Java 11破坏了？

从Java 10升级到Java 11后，JTextField中的文本不再垂直居中。我可以做些什么来恢复以前的行为吗？以下代码与JDK 10（图像的上部窗口）和JDK 11.0.8 for Windows（图像的下部窗口）一起运行可重现此问题。
