将MVC项目从dotnetcore2.1降级到dotnet framework 4.61

问题描述

我们需要将MVC项目从.netcore降级为.netframework。为此，我更改了所有* .csproj 文件并替换

<TargetFramework>netcoreapp2.1</TargetFramework>
with
 <TargetFramework>net461</TargetFramework>.

当我运行项目时，我没有看到任何错误，但是当我调用任何API时，都会出现以下异常：
