还原，构建和打包命令运行正常。我无法将p:OutputPath参数用于多目标nuget程序包（Issue can be tracked here）。这就是为什么我要进行构建并将文件复制到%cd%的原因。

推送到nuget.org的工作正常，但推送到我的github feed失败，结果如下：

解决方法

万一链接失效：现在看来，当您要将包推送到GitHub feed时，可以使用nuget.exe而不是dotnet nuget来解决此问题。

这似乎也修复了GPR被忽略的--skip-duplicate标志。另外，请勿在您的步骤中使用p:OutputPath或output-path选项，因为对于多目标nuget程序包，它仅打包UWP目标DLL。
