解决方法

好吧，您忘记了向模拟服务器发送请求。您只嘲笑了它的行为，然后检查服务器是否已被调用，但是错过了呼叫。

尝试类似这样的方法：

dotnet ef migrations add InitialCreate

如果您使用的是Spring，则RestTemplate更易于使用。
