安装python-dev和python-pip时出现Python依赖项错误

尝试安装MHN时，出现此错误。我安装了Python2和python-pip。有什么想法吗？

              Recommends: python-all-dev (>= 2.6) but it is not going to be installed
              Recommends: python-setuptools but it is not going to be installed
              Recommends: python-wheel but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems,you have held broken packages.
