@sap/approuterwelcomeFile 路由在 Cloud Foundry 上工作，但在本地不工作 (503)

问题描述

部署此配置时，会提供在 ./resources/index.html 处找到的静态资源，但是当在 localhost:5000 上本地 (npm start) 运行相同的 approuter 时，它会重定向到welcomeFile 的路径但页面显示“503 服务暂时不可用”。
