Laravel项目目录位于C：\ nginx \ html \ newproject

并一直使用这些批处理文件来运行PHP-CGI和NGINX：

现在的问题是，由于它从项目中检测到index.ph pfile来显示登录页面（主屏幕），所以我已经可以运行该项目，但是即使我将数据库环境配置为好。有什么建议吗？
