我的数据来自LA Metro Developer的网站。它是从站点下载的站点的shapefile：

http://developer.metro.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/RailStations0715.zip

我可以使用geopandas将其加载到Jupyter笔记本中。

metro2 = gpd.read_file('data/MetroStations/Stations_All_GCS.shp')

然后看到几行：

metro.head()

然后尝试使用to_crs投影到GCS84会产生此错误：
