我正在尝试使用shared windows runners on gitlab在Windows上建立自动python构建。我可以使用Chocolatey安装python，但是当我尝试使用python时，出现错误：
python -m pip install numpy

我尝试按照推荐的here使用refreshenv命令，但这给了我结果
Refreshing environment variables from registry for cmd.exe.这说明未加载Powershell配置文件。通常，我会重新启动powershell窗口以重新加载配置文件，但是我无法在CI管道中执行此操作。
