在Windows上安装后：
$ pip install "tensorflow~=2.0"
$ pip install "tensorflow-hub[make_image_classifier]~=0.6"
make_image_classifier 可执行文件应在命令行上可用：
$ make_image_classifier --help
但我在控制台中看到此错误
“ make_image_classifier” 无法识别为内部或外部 命令，可运行的程序或批处理文件。
该如何解决？
