从流读取时删除迁移并更新数据库实体框架核心时出错

我正在使用宁静的服务和实体框架代码优先方法在dotnet核心Web api中工作。我正在运行一个迁移，当我使用add-migration命令运行迁移时，构建成功，但是当我尝试使用remove-migration更新数据库或回滚迁移时，出现以下错误：

解决方法

已解决。我有一个Factory类，其中连接字符串未更新到本地数据库。那里指向开发人员，而我的secret.json指向本地主机。
