这是Indentation的问题。您必须在主应用程序循环中更新显示。
此外,您需要在绘制背景之后绘制飞船:

def run_game():
    # [...]

    while True:

        for event in pygame.event.get():
            if event.type == pygame.QUIT:
                sys.exit()

        # draw background
