1. execution `bin/oozie-setup.sh prepare-war` Successful  
2. execution `bin/oozie-setup.sh db create -run`    Successful 
3. execution `bin/oozie-setup.sh sharelib create -fs hdfs://hacluster/ -locallib oozie-sharelib-4.3.0.tar.gz` fail
Error information：
    E0100:Could not initialize service [org.apache.oozie.service.HadoopAccessorService] Variable substitution depath too large
    E0103:Could not load service classes ，Variable substitution depth too large: 0 true
    The Hadoop conf and action conf configuration files are the configuration folders retrieved from the client.

    And oozie- default.xml.reference Medium oozie.configuration.substitute . depth set to 100.
