解决方法
更新： 原来 Pyvis（和 IFrame）需要在同一文件夹中的 HTML 文件和 Jupyter Notebook 才能正确显示（否则笔记本会抛出 404 错误）。因此，只需将 HTML 与笔记本放在同一个工作目录中，一切都会顺利。
