仅将一列从 R 上传到 MySQL

在MySQL中有这样的结构(dbo.predict)

  x1 x2 predict
1  1  1       0
2  2  2       0
3  3  3       0

所以在 R 中我进行了分析，我的数据框看起来像

mydat=
      x1 x2 predict
    1  1  1       1
    2  2  2       2
    3  3  3       3

所以我需要在mysql中上传predict column的结果，只有一列，即结果mydat$predict将重写零。 通常我是这样做的

con <- dbConnect(MySQL(),user="bi",password="123",dbname="mego",host="10.10.10.61",client.flag=CLIENT_MULTI_STATEMENTS)

dbListTables(con)
yourtable <-mydat 
# write it back
dbWriteTable(con,"predict",yourtable,overwrite=T)
# watch out with the overwrite argument it does what it says :)
dbDisconnect(con)

这只是更新所有表。我只需要 predict column 中的 mydat 而不是 dbo.predict
