编辑：我发现，音频是问题所在。但是我无法在音频工作时进行任何设置。
不幸的是，我有一个我自己无法解决的大问题。我有一个 .mp4 文件。该文件可以在每个浏览器（也包括 Safari Mobile）中使用 video-tag 播放，但不能在 Safari Desktop 上播放。由于我已经测试了 4 个托管选项，因此我可以将其排除在错误来源之外。我已经隔离了视频标签，并且能够将问题追溯到文件的编解码器。
我测试了另一个 .mp4 文件，这个文件工作正常。所以我现在需要做的是将现有的 .mp4 文件转换为与来自 Internet 的格式相同的格式。为此，我使用了 XMedia Recode 和 HandBrake，但是我在 Safari 中无数次的编码尝试都没有奏效。
以下是两个文件的视频信息。我曾尝试将 Base Media 等参数更改为 Version 2，将 isom 更改为 mp42，但这不起作用。改变 FPS 也没有任何影响。

解决方法
我通常将我的音频流编码为 MP3 以用于网络流媒体（我使用的是 Windows，所以我使用 LAME）。质量较低，当然，但根据我的经验有效。
