Spyder 4.2.1 (Anaconda 1.10.0) 中缺少依赖项

每次打开 Spyder 时都会收到以下错误消息：

You have missing dependencies!

我尝试重新安装 Anaconda，但没有解决问题。我已经下载了这个版本的绝地武士：
