我找到了问题所在——我的设计中没有 xintc！ （这是我在上面的评论中想知道的）。

我不明白为什么 Vivado/PetaLinux 似乎需要一个。我的设计最初是使用 2017.1 工具构建的，我没有在那里包含 xintc。我现在需要在 ZYNC7 处理系统中启用 SPI 控制器，这是我添加的唯一硬件更改。因此，无论是（启用 SPI0）还是新工具（2017.1 -> 2020.1）都导致了新的（未记录的？）要求，当然，除非是 COVID-19...
