```write_pandas(conn,strSnowflakeTable)
write_pandas() 不会自动创建表。如果该表不存在，则需要自己创建该表。每次运行 write_pandas() 时，它只会将数据框附加到您指定的表中。
另一方面，如果您使用df.to_sql(...,method=pd_writer)将pandas dataframe写入snowflake，它会自动为您创建表，您可以在if_exists中使用to_sql()指定不同的行为 - 追加、替换或失败 - 如果表已存在。
