目前正在开展一个使用 JFrog Artifactory 的项目。 settings.xml 有一个 mirrors 部分，它指向 artifactory，还有一个包含存储库和 pluginRepositories 的配置文件。

现在所有依赖项都从该工件中提取（假设他们已将这些依赖项以某种方式安装到该工件中）。

我需要帮助来从外部存储库中提取新的依赖项或现有依赖项的新版本，如何做到这一点。

我想我需要在settings.xml中添加新的repo url，我可以同时添加两个repo吗（如果不去外部repo，请寻找内部）
