我正在学习计算机取证基础课程，我有任务：

•   Devise a method to document “visiting a website” based on accessing a webmail account. 
•   It should clearly (and securely!) show what the content of the pages was 
•   All @R_458_4045@ion (e.g. mails but also attachments) need to be available as binary data 
•   You should be able to prove,that you did not modify the data
