问题描述
我使用 ppp 进行 LTE 拨号，有时 pppd 绑定到端口 5000，有时它被绑定
到 23174。
These ports are used by other applications,which is restricting them.
Why ppp is using TCP,not everytime when pppd daemon is running and LTE is up
TCP port is not binded,in what cases this will happen.
if happens how to restrict that port for pppd on Linux system
