关于 Phusion 乘客的 Redmine 舵图错误

我正在尝试使用这个 link 使用 bitnami helm chart 安装 Redmine。但是得到一个错误，下面是错误跟踪，

但同样的结果。我不确定这个错误。有什么解决办法吗？
