android – Mapfragment findFragmentById总是为空

我有访问地图片断的问题.
getFragmentManager().findFragmentById(R.id.map))返回始终为空.
我不知道为什么
有什么问题？

使用这种方式：

SupportMapFragment mapFrag = (SupportMapFragment) getSupportFragmentManager()
                    .findFragmentById(R.id.map);

            map = mapFrag.getMap();
